Refund policy

For the first purchase of Basic, Plus or Premium, you may request a refund of the digital plan price within 30 days of payment. This is a voluntary CamLove guarantee and does not limit statutory rights.

Email info@camlove.me with the account email, purchase date and plan purchased. You do not need to give a reason to use the commercial guarantee.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where technically possible. For bank transfer payments we may request the bank details needed to return funds. We initiate refunds without unnecessary delay; the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.

The 30-day commercial guarantee for the digital plan does not automatically create a return right for personalised QR cards or stands that have already been produced. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain fully available. Clearly personalised goods may be subject to statutory withdrawal exceptions where the legal conditions are met.

EU consumers may also have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Any exception for personalised goods or digital services applies only where the conditions of applicable law are met. This policy does not reduce those rights.
