These terms govern the CamLove service provided by Sport group d.o.o. By using the platform or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. The CamLove service
CamLove lets event organisers create private galleries and QR codes through which guests upload photos and videos from a browser. Features include gallery management, downloads, moderation, personalisation and, on eligible plans, the Live Photo Wall.
The current features, limits, price and access duration of each plan are shown on the pricing/upgrade interface before purchase and form part of your order.
2. Accounts and guest access
The organiser is responsible for their account, event information and safe sharing of the private link or QR code. Guests generally do not need a CamLove account to upload.
Anyone who receives the private link or QR code may be able to access the gallery according to the organiser's settings. Organisers can add controls such as password protection and moderation.
3. Content and rights
Rights in uploaded photos and videos remain with their respective rights holders. Uploading grants CamLove only the rights technically necessary to store, display, process and provide downloads of the content as part of the service.
The organiser must ensure an appropriate legal basis for use of the gallery at the event and respect participants' privacy, copyright and other rights.
4. Payments, prices and refunds
Online payments are processed by Mollie B.V. as a payment service provider. Available payment methods are shown in the secure checkout. Where offered, customers may also choose a pro-forma invoice/bank transfer.
The final amount and applicable taxes or add-ons are shown before the order is confirmed. We offer a 30-day commercial money-back guarantee for the first purchase of a paid digital plan under the Refund Policy. This guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights.
5. Printed QR products
When ordering personalised QR cards or table stands, quantity, material, price, delivery and recommended lead time are shown before confirmation. Personalised goods are produced using your event details.
Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. Goods made to order or clearly personalised may be subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal where the legal conditions are met.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime percentage unless a separate SLA expressly says so. Maintenance, infrastructure-provider incidents or other technical events may temporarily affect the service.
We may improve or change features. Material effects on an already-paid plan will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Prohibited use
CamLove must not be used for illegal content, abuse, infringement of third-party rights, malicious code or processing that would be unlawful. Where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach, we may restrict or remove content and temporarily limit an account.
8. Liability and governing law
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Slovenian law governs the contract, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply in the consumer's country of residence.
