Wedding QR code for guest photos: collect photos and videos in one gallery
A wedding produces hundreds of candid moments across dozens of phones. CamLove gives guests one simple route back to the couple: scan a QR code, open the private event gallery in the browser, and upload photos or videos. Guests do not need to install an app or create a new CamLove account.

How wedding QR photo sharing works
The best guest-photo workflow is easy to understand in seconds and works while the reception is still happening.
1. Create the event gallery
Add the event name and date, and optionally use a password. CamLove creates the guest link and QR code.
2. Put the QR code where guests see it
Print table cards or stands, show it on a screen, or share the same link with guests before and after the wedding.
3. Guests upload from the browser
They scan, choose photos or supported videos from their phone, and send them into the event gallery.
4. The organiser keeps everything together
Review uploads, use moderation when needed, download the collection, and on the appropriate plan open the separate Photo Wall on a TV or projector.
What matters in a wedding guest photo gallery
No guest app
There is no App Store step and guests do not need a new CamLove account just to contribute.
Photos and videos
The same QR flow can collect photos and supported video files instead of splitting memories across multiple chats.
Private, link-only event pages
Guest galleries are configured not to be indexed by search engines. Links can still be forwarded, so a password is useful when stronger access control is needed.
Full-quality photo download
Paid plans include full-quality photo downloads and a bulk ZIP download for the organiser.
Multilingual experience
CamLove supports Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, German, English and Spanish interfaces.
Live Photo Wall
Premium adds a separate TV/projector display where newly published guest photos can flow into the live presentation automatically.
How to get more guests to upload
The QR code needs to be visible when guests are already using their phones. Reduce friction, use one clear instruction, and test the whole flow before the wedding.
- 1Put a QR card on every table rather than relying on one sign at the entrance.
- 2Use one short instruction: “Scan and share your photos with us.”
- 3Test the printed QR code on both iPhone and Android before the event.
- 4Ask the DJ or MC to mention the gallery once when guests are already taking photos.
- 5Send one follow-up link after the wedding for photos that never made it into the gallery on the night.
How much does CamLove cost?

How to Collect Wedding Videos From Guests Without Chasing Everyone Afterwards
The easiest way to collect wedding videos is to give every guest one upload destination before and during the reception. With CamLove, guests can open the event gallery from a QR code in their browser and upload supported video files without sending them through separate chats. Keep the instruction short, place the QR where guests see it repeatedly, and send one follow-up message after the event.

Wedding QR Code Table Cards: What to Print, Where to Place Them, and What to Write
The best wedding QR table card has one job: make guests understand in a few seconds that scanning the code lets them add their photos. Use a large high-contrast QR code, one short instruction, the couple or event name, and place the card where guests naturally look. Always test the final printed card with several phones before the wedding.

Frequently asked questions
Do wedding guests need to install an app?+
No. Guests open the CamLove event page in their mobile browser after scanning the QR code.
Can guests upload wedding videos too?+
Yes. Supported video formats can be uploaded. The current main upload path allows up to 500 MB per individual video file, while the number of videos depends on the plan.
Is the wedding gallery public on Google?+
Event gallery routes are configured with noindex directives and are not intended for public search. A link can still be forwarded, so use a password and controlled sharing when the event needs stronger privacy.
Can I test CamLove before paying?+
Yes. A new free gallery currently includes up to 20 uploads and 30 days of access, which is enough to test the QR, upload and gallery flow before upgrading.
Test your wedding QR gallery before you print anything
Create a test gallery, scan your own QR code on a few phones, upload sample media, and only then send the table cards to print.
